• Priority Registration is September 15 to November 1st. The sooner you register in the priority window, the better chance you have of your hotel location, price, and accompaniment theme being granted.

• One of the changes with Synod Day is that we will have Synod worship either in the morning or afternoon, and then the other portion of the day will be exploring New Orleans. They will have excursions planned, and they are working on price ranges currently for groups to be able to add that to their budget.

• With the tAble being before, they can stay in the same housing if they would like. It is a pre-event, so this programming will be different from the Gathering. ​

​

• If we do Synod travel the buses will have to make multiple drop/pick up points. The Gathering is not offering transportation.  

​

• I would highly suggest doing boundary awareness training and background checks with all of the volunteers signing up to go with the youth.
