The synod office maintains a list of persons available to preach to cover pastoral vacations/leaves. The list includes pastors on leave from call, retired clergy, senior seminarians, and synod staff and lay persons authorized to preach in our congregations. Clergy on the list are available to preside at Communion, as well.

Guidelines
The current synod recommended fees are:
One worship service: $125
Each additional service: $30
Please reimburse for mileage at $0.51 per mile.
One week prior to the supply preacher preaching, please send directions to your church and a draft copy of the bulletin for the worship service(s).
