BRIDGEBUILDERS
Fourteen lay and clergy members of our synod, along with Bishop Mansholt and Pr. Janice Kibler, have been trained as Bridgebuilders by Dr. Pete Steinke. This link includes a brochure and photos from the training event.

LUTHERAN MEN IN MISSION
Did you know there is a Men’s Ministry organization in the ELCA and the Central States Synod? Follow this link for more information about the synodical and churchwide activities.
NATURAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT (NCD)
The Central States Synod is committed to helping congregations who want to use NCD. Coaches have been trained and we know of at least six congregations who have used this process. However, as of right now, we do not have enough coaches to keep up with the demand. If you are interested in doing the NCD process contact Len Dale at ldale@css-elca.org.

PARISH MINISTRY ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
The Parish Ministry Associate Program (PMA) will identify and equip people for service in congregations without full-time pastoral services and in congregations, institutions, or agencies as additional resources. This link will take you to the PMA web site.

Partnership for Missional Church (PMC) is a journey of spiritual discernment that empowers churches worldwide to respond to God’s mission. PMC takes local congregations on a three year journey of discovering God’s specific call to them for moving beyond doing mission to being missional in attitude, vision and action. PMC is based on two decades of consulting experience, research and scholarship.
