Pre-Assembly Activities

Start the Assembly on the right foot (or perhaps on the left) and come enjoy some St. Louis hospitality featuring a Barn Dance and Ice Cream Social at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4161 Cypress Road, St. Ann, 63074. "Pastor Dan the Caller Man" will equip you with everything you need to know to have a bunch of fun and the Mid-North St. Louis County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will cool you off with a local favorite, "Ted Drewes" Frozen Custard. The Mission Team from Shepherd of the Hills is headed to Biloxi with Lutheran Disaster Response in July and will be on hand to serve up the frozen delights and receive donations you may care to make to LDR. Ya'll come now, ya hear?

Dates to Remember

March 28, 2008: WAIVERS are due for congregations which need to request exceptions for their voting members.

April 21, 2008: RESOLUTIONS are due. (May 28, 2008 if pertaining to Assembly business.)

April 30, 2008: REPORTS from Committees, Teams and Boards are due.

May 2, 2008: REGISTRATION deadline. After May 2 add $30 per registration.
