The Central States Synod Assembly will be held June 7-9, 2012 at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kan. Please note the Assembly “officially” opens with worship on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and will close at or before noon on Saturday. Pre-Assembly workshops will be offered on Thursday afternoon for those who arrive early.

WAIVERS for congregations needing to request exceptions for their voting members are due March 1, 2012

NOMINATIONS due May 7, 2012

COMMITTEE, TEAMS, BOARDS reports are due April 16, 2012

RESOLUTIONS DEADLINE due April 23, 2012 -- if pertaining to Assembly business, no later than May 30, 2012.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE Early registration due May 7, 2012 (if not paid by May 7, add $30 per registration)

DISPLAY TABLES forms and payment due May 7, 2012

To be better stewards of resources, we encourage congregations and voting members to download the Assembly materials from the website. There will be two binders to share on each table at the Assembly. Individuals may purchase a set of materials when registering.
